We had another very happy and blessed thanksgiving this year. This was the first year ALL of our immediate family was together on Thanksgiving. We had a total of 11 adults and 5 kids! I know it might not sound like a lot, but for us it is! We had Babi, Steve's brother and sister-in-law, their 3 girls, my mom and dad, Lisa and Greg and my wonderful grandparents! My parents spent a total of about 5 hours driving time to bring our grandparents to and from our house. An exhausting trip but hopefully well worth it.  For our feast we enjoyed 2 large turkeys (1 baked, 1 deep fried), all the fixins and yummy dessert. Everyone left with full bellies and leftovers for another meal. Today, Steve started making his famous turkey soup from the carcass. Hopefully this homemade soup will finally kick our stubborn, lingering colds to the curb.
